There is no charge for Membership

If you would like to obtain a handsome 8.5x11 inch-- Membership Certificate-- (see photo), there is a $6.25 fee to cover costs of printing, packing and shipping the Certificate.

We DO NOT make a profit from the sale of these Certificates. We print and ship these Certificates at cost. All monies go into the D.E.L.E.G.A certificate production fund, and are used exclusively for the production of these Certificates!

Certificates are shipped flat in clear-plastic protective cover, backed by heavy cardboard, by USPS 1st Class Mail
